I’m really hoping we can see something like those huge global battles that were cut from Halo 3 and Reach, except in MP with 32 person teams. Throw some objectives onto the map to make it a huge scale Invasion game type.
Alternatively I want the vehicles to be balanced better.

Xbox one will handle it but truth is it isn’t gonna be like a stable 60FPS tho and i get in terms of console games, developers just get mad if a 58FPS drop
wasn’t an issue with BF4 tho, i mean i play BF4/BFH on PC but i know on consoles it isnt stable 60FPS

I honestly don’t think Halo could work with 64 players. The most I can see Halo go to is 12 v 12. I feel anything after that you will feel insignificant and barely contributing to the team.
16v16. Not sure what I would think of 32v32.- Vehicles, lots and lots of Vehicles.- I want that "Halo CE/Halo 2ish feeling of big maps.- Pelicans/Phantoms/etc. Who knows what else could be possible?- Explosions…Lots and lots of explosions.
I dunno, 16v16? Invasion and Dedicated servers? Sounds good enough.

In fact, I’m pretty sure Forge World could support 32v32 as a whole map, provided there is enough transportation (and teleporters, for on-foot play.)
A Scarab could feature as the main power weapon on a map that size. It could also act as a lightning rod, and draw the attention of tanks and aircraft, so they don’t just pulverize everyone on foot (seeing as there would be more vehicles.)

This may not be popular, but map AI. I want birds, large animals, etc. to all be part of the map. Perhaps as a certain event, Large, hostile animals like the ones on Reach should give you powerups like speed boost, damage boost, overshield, camo, etc. when you kill them (think Evolve). It could also mean teamwork between opposing teams, to an extent. This would require large maps, and also large player count, between 16 v 16 and 32 v 32.
16 v 16 - Interactive maps- More interactive vehicles; Having the ability to self destruct- Random wildlife attacks when in certain parts of map (Not in competitive playlists)

^This. I don’t want a Battlefield concept in my favorite franchise. 8v8 match is enough in my opinion. Halo had and still has the possibility to rise the tension more than a game with 64 players. And that’s where the vehicles are coming in.
I hope for many new map-specific vehicles. Maybe instead of Elephants, you could have Mammoths like from Halo 4 with the gun controlled by a target designator. Perhaps even Scarabs!

Pretty much this but with one little thing. MAKE VEHICLES USEFUL AGAIN. Sick and tired of Halo 4 vehicles being next to useless.

I really like Hardline’s “Hacker Mode”. I’m not sure how that could be implemented in Halo, though.- AI similar to Flyer’s in Titanfall. They can interact with players and even kill them.- More points of focus/control on the maps. Not just power weapons, but power structures.- More side routes and caves for strategical purposes.- More vehicles.- 16v16+.- A sniper rifle specifically designed for BTB with longer zoom range and greater damage against vehicles.- Bring some type of objective mode we’ve never seen before.
Massive carnage battles with 32v32(16v16) teams would be a major badass update to the halo franchise. I would absolutely love that if it was implemented.
