What are you excited Halo 4 will bring back?

- Restart of Halo games.
- The Return of Halo Youtube community again.
- The refreshing of Halo machinimas and Machinimas in general.
- The popularity and buzz of Halo.
- The golden days of gaming where Halo was supreme.

For me, all of them.
But if I had to pick Two, the Return of the Halo Youtube Community and the Rise of Halo Machinimas again. We NEED Halo channels, commentaries, tips again. We need it to overshadow CoD’s Youtube scene which is becoming really stale.
And we need for Halo Machinimas to come back, Halo Machinimas is one of the best things for Halo.

Alas my dearest wish is that the Golden days return. Where Halo was on top and nothing threatened it.

Me having fun playing a new Halo game? I didn’t really have much fun playing Reach since I got it on release date. Forge will be nice, as will a PROPER Campaign; Reach’s didn’t cut it.

I’m just disappointed in how much buzz there is about COD on Youtube. Don’t get me wrong, I think Call of Duty is fairly fun. But Halo deserves more attention. I can’t wait to see some nice gameplays, along with tips and tricks videos, people finding awesome easter eggs, stuff like that. Not to mention what Rooster Teeth will do with it.

More than anything: an alien world to explore and fight in.

Edit: because CE was the last time we were able to play a Halo mostly on an alien world.

I’m excited for that feeling of mystery and exploration that was an integral part of CE. I want to have that feeling of newnewss, that feeling that you’re treading on ancient ground.
