If we don’t get a code? Is there someone to contact in order to find out why we didn’t get one? I mean I had another E-mail on this account before the one I have now.

Everyone receives a code, there are just many ways it is delivered.

Check all of the folders in your e-mail that is connected to your gamertag. if it is not in there, then there is another option.

Many other users have said that they got their e-mail in an alternate e-mail address that they have, so be sure to check those as well.

Correction. Europe does not get a code :frowning:
