Well I do agree the community does come up with some very interesting topics one of my favorites is a first person toggle for assassinations and driving and gunning. another is a file folder for maps and pictures like assassination vid folder or a no scope folder just so I don’t have the jumbled mess that is my “forge world” file good lord.
There bulletins have stated that they do get a lot of info from feedback from the community on the forums and through other sources. 
Nah, I trust 343 to put their own special mark in Halo 4. They can do that without help from the community.
They probably stopped after some of the ridiculous threads here.
I doubt there’s a solid, workable idea this community has come up with that 343 hasn’t considered some form of already. Remember, they don’t just bash the game out, most dev time is spent deciding how to best implement every aspect: what can be changed, what can be added, which new angle X should be redesigned from. And these are people that are trained, experienced game developers with proven track records. Sure, there are good ideas presented here - e.g. how Firefight could be changed - but I bet 343’s already spent endless meetings brainstorming every possible change and then deciding what’s feasible and what would work best.

I don’t think they’d give an indication one way or the other. You might never know if they changed something because of fan reaction. They will probably just change it, if it fits into what they are trying to accomplish.
I hope not, most of these ideas are from Reach haters. A couple ideas are okay as long as the mess with them a little bit and have what they think should belong in it, belong in it.

Two words: Tornado Gun. 
The game is in a state of “polishing”, which means that they are making sure that the really serious glitches that they can find are resolved. They are also making sure that the mechanics of the game work as they should. I’m also very sure that they are making sure that the matchmaking system works, which includes the netcoding, pvp interactions, and graphics resolutions.
From what they have told us, the game is finished. They are just going through it with a fine tooth comb.
After this stage, they will send the game to be mass produced, which takes a while considering the effort to have MILLIONS of games placed on compact discs. The manufacturing process takes a while not just because they are having disc’s “pressed”, but the cases have to be vacuum formed, and the manuals, jacket, and the plastic sleeves have to be created as well. The process of printing a lot of covers alone can be time consuming. The manuals have to be compiled and put together (stapled), and then there is the usual BS of having special items included in the jacket such as 48 hour trials, advertisements for other games (or waypoint).
This is undoubtedly the process that needs to take place over the next couple of months.
they most likely are not taking anything from the forums at this point. it’s the 6-8 month strech untill the game comes out and 1 month is after it goes gold and becomes mass produced and shiped. so around 5-7 monthsbefore they are done with it. they are still working on the final touches on the campaign. the campaign is playable from start to end, but not all of the finished content is there. so they have everything more or less ready to go, but they still need to fix some bugs, add content, cut some content, and add finishing touches.
i want 343i to make this game on their own, they know what to do and what not to do to make halo 4 good, i dont want them to listen to community anymore every time they want something i mean look at the state of the playlists in reach now, its a mess.

If they were gonna take ideas from us. I hope they’re only used for Easter eggs. lol.
