What are the pre order benefits from the different stores? Is there a link? I know gamestop has the emblem but thats its right?

Gamestop gives you the bandana skull, provides unlimited ammo and grenades in campaign.
bestbuy gives you a multiplayer map book whatever that is and the grunt funeral skull, grunts will explode after death.
Amazon gives out the pinata skull, Punching Enemies will make grenades drop.
Microsoft store will give you a $10 xbox gift card and the boom skull which causes explosions to be twice as big
