Now, I know the preorder bonuses, but I’m very confused.
I would like to get a DIGITAL copy of the game and from gamestop it says you get the Spartan locke armor… but it’s a hard copy. But if I purchase it on my xbox then I don’t get the spartan locke armor??
The xbox store says I can get this though, “Exclusive offer: Pre-order now and get a $10 Xbox gift card digital code within 10 days after the game’s release.* Plus, pre-order by 2PM on October 23 and get it the day it’s released. Bonus pre-order content: Recon Assault Rifle with Energy Bayonet and Lagrange Assault Rifle Weapon Skin.”
Is there even a picture of this skin? Are there any other bonuses? IS there a way to get BOTH and does the gamestop bonus include the gun skin? Is there even a way to get digital and the Locke armor? This whole thing just seems unorganized and unclear on Microsofts part…Somebody please help
I never preorder anything so I have no idea. The only thing I know about is that you get the Locke armor. Sorry I couldn’t help
I think the preorder bonuses are under the marketing tab in this link. From my understanding (I could be wrong) I think the pre-order bonuses give you access to these skins at launch which may imply that these skins will be available post launch via the req system or released by 343i at a later point.

Ok, Let ME Start here: Everything that is Exclusive in Halo 5 is unlock able thru regular in game play, but yes u won’t get locke’s armor out of the box if u don’t pre order a Halo 5 from gamestop, but it’s still unlockable but it’s still unclear what u have to do it.
Next Question : Yes There Are More Exclusives that are available thru other retailers but like I sayd Ur Still able to aquire sayd exclusive thru REQ packs, gamestop offers a Battle Rifle With Laser Sight N locks armor Out of the Box. Microsoft Offers the 10$ Microsoft gift card, and the Red Assault Rifle With the bayonet, and I Quite don’t remember but there’s also a exclusive SMG with a silencer N Dmr I Think It Was Best Buy N Amazon who offered them, And Theres also a Assault Rifle with a scope.
Edit:Forgot To Mention the Fotus Armor Is Also Available Thru REQ Packs, so u don’t have to get the xbox bundle to get it but I heard the Fotus emblem is Exclusive to those who get the Halo 5 xbox one bundle
