because I have made some, im a silver on xbox with an Internet connection and I have been gold before, but can’t complete custom challenges. How do i check if im doing them? do i need to do anything to activate them?
Its just I have no clue Wether im earning them or not.
Custom Challenges aren’t tracked in-game. You can only view completion information in the Waypoint app or website, and I think you need to be online to work towards completing them.

No, it works for silver accounts too. Only Campaign custom challenges though because obviously you can’t play Firefight or Matchmaking online.
Offline gives a cap of how many credits can be given and I think its 1,000 a day. Granted a Custom challenge is added and you earn more than that in 1 game, that’s likely the only game you’ll earn credits in for that day.
