In Hunt The Truth S1 Mishak always talked about these weird Anamolies in the outer colonies. In Hunt The Truth S2 they are actually happening. We have four different feeds so far from one of the colonies. The first three show chaos, each getting a little clearer, Morse-Cam however shows the Master Chief running
through all the destruction. What are these Anamolies and how does Chief tie into them. Does it have anything to do with the Guardian? Any Thoughts?

I believe those anomalies are directly related to the awakening of the Guardians which will be the center of the story in Halo 5.
To tie in even more with Halo 5, the Halo 5 cinematic shows Lasky talking about attacks on multiple human colonies going on. They have to be related to what’s going on in Hunt the Truth. Meridian, one of those colonies, is on one of those cams. And since Meridian has been mentioned by Cortana, it is certain that this is all related.
