As the title says, what are spartan ops?

from what i read its a four player online coop featuring new missions either weekly of monthly. these mission have a story line and that storyline is supposed to intercept with the main campaign at sometime. think of the multiplayer as training for the spartan fours and these Spartan ops are their missions.

Ok thank you all, so it’s basically a new mission every month or so…seems like 343 is focusing more on campaign than multiplayer
