what are good network stats for halo 5

right now on wired my upload speed is 4.34 Mbps, packet loss is 0%, download speed is 7.45 Mbps and latency is 149 ms

but on wireless my download speed is 7.27Mbps and as low as 5 Mbps, upload speed is 5.84 Mbps and as low as 3 Mbps, latency is anywhere from 120 ms to 142 ms, packet loss is 0%, and wireless strength is 77%

i want to know which network setup is better to play halo 5 on and i have the ultimate package from timewarner cable

I think you need atleast 500k-1m available bandwidth for a smooth enough connection. Your set up should be good, but might be a little low if you have multiple power users on that network.
