Soon the halo universe must tell us who is this legendary spartan could be the fouruner because the first in counter of the didactic he did not hesatated in first contact he knew what to do could he have incounterd the didac before . Please comment

Well Master Chief(or John 117) is human. He was a child kidnapped at the age of 6 to become a Spartan-II. This in the Book “Halo: The Fall of Reach”. If you are interested in Halo’s Story I recommend it, if you haven’t read it of course. 
I can say though that John first met the Didact, when the Didact left his Cryptum(Big orange ball thing) in Halo 4.

Not sure what you’re trying to say, please post clarification. As others have said, we have already learned about Masterchiefs backstory, it was even slightly touched on in Halo 4.
Now that he has encountered the Didact, he’ll have somewhat better knowledge of what to do next time

Who is Master Chief? Well we know his first name is John but we have no last name right now so . . .
What is Master Chief? I am pretty sure he is a form of human super soldier called a Spartan II and not a grunt under all of that armor. I am also pretty sure he is a genetically and physically augmented human who was conceived the normal way and possibly had a normal birth. The rest of his life was not so normal though due to the Spartan Program but the first five years of his life at the least were probably normal.
