How about those that need to enter Terminal codes for previous Halo titles? I remember the old layout had a way to enter these codes using the website, is the Halo Waypoint APP the only way to enter these codes now?

At the moment yes, It seem that the Xbox 360 App is the only way to enter codes now.
Right now its the only way. Im sure in the near future itll get implemented back in.
