In my opinion all the achievements look too easy.
Well, we don´t know how hard the mission specific achievements will be but what about some really challenging stuff like the Vidmaster Endure or Annual achievements?
These took a lot of time and effort, and also teamwork!
And what about the multiplayer achievements?
I hope that with the future DLC there will come some multiplayer achievements like in Halo 2 or 3. Really hard achievements you could only get in ranked playlists.
I am not talking about achievements that take 10000 kills to achieve, but wheter incredible luck or incredible skill. For example get a Perfection, two for one spartan laser kill in a ranked FFA playlist or get a killtacular.
Also, Legendary should really be legendary hard. In Halo Reach you could skip a lot of battles and in total it was not that hard. Halo 2 legendary on the other hand, is incredibly hard.
If you beat the campaign on legendary, it should mean something.
I have no issues with MP cheevos… as long as they don’t have to be earned on a Defiant map -.-
Agreed OP, Legendary should be difficult, but we can always just use skulls if it isn’t as hellish as it needs to be.
also, I replayed Halo 2 all the way through on legendary a couple of weeks ago, and it really wasn’t as hard as I had remembered it, caution is your friend!
In future DLC, I expect MM achievements, but I hope they aren’t map specific. Whatever they put, it should be fine as long as it is challenging enough.
So, completing the legendary campaign SOLO is’nt challenging? Guess what, it’s an achivement in Halo 4, where as in other Halos, You can just team up with your other buddies and just have 3 people charge out mindlessly into enimies and have 1 guy chill in a safe area until the level is finished, and those that did it solo get the same achivement as the other guys, but doing FAR more effort.
I’m sorry about that, sometime Halo Waypoint forums just… UGH.

For me its not going to be a problem to beat the game solo legendary on the first day.
The real problem I am going to have is keeping all the marines alive for one of the levels on Heroic or harder.
I dont like luck achievements or too difficult or MM achievements. they wear most people out. The reason people should be playing Halo is for the game not the cheevos. this is for you http://www.youtube.com/watch?nomobile=1&v=B1A-Ymf1VYY
I think a really interesting thing Devs should start doing is patching in, or from launch, have fun but challenging 0G achievements, so if it’s too hard for you then it won’t ruing your GS, but if you get it then you can brag to friends about.

Some people play for the cheevos not the GS. you have to factor that in
First of all, @#2, the defiant map rule screwed over achievements, pure luck that I got 1700G and others didn’t.
And all the hard achievements, OP, in Halo 3 and ODST, came after release. ODST had a really easy set of initial achievements too. (so did 3) Of course they’ll add achievements, all the Halo games had ridiculously easy achievements initially. Reach’s were all around easy, so I see what you’re saying, but this is nowhere near the complete list
