Listening to the radio this morning and they are talking about how it’s May the fourth… aka Star Wars Day… so how about a Halo day. Granted nearly everyday is Halo day for me. But what date would be good for an official Halo day? January 17th… aka 117 perhaps…

Halo lacks the immense universe and the giant fanbase SW has, SW is a huge culutural phenomenon that connects millions of people of diffrent generations, interests, etc while Halo struggles to create a new identity after 343 took over
A special halo-day might have been a good idea during the franchises heydays but I don’t see the sense to do one now

That could be cool day. They could have a Halo convention to. But as some peaple have said Halo lacks the fanbase.

Yeah, because if there’s one thing we know it’s that you need to have a massive following to stick your flag on an arbitrary national day of celebration. No way Halo has the following that candied orange peels have!

Only problem with Nov. 7 is that everybody’s favorite punching bag, Call of Duty, releases games around that time every year. It might lessen the appeal, seeing that Halo is not exactly a popular game anymore, and has been supplanted on Xbox by COD.
What about November 15th? CE’s original release date.
Doesn’t Mass Effect have an N7 day. Sure, when who knows but it’ll be cool to have some new releases and celebrate the continuing support of fans.

February 3rd the day the human and covenant had their first battle
