First game in 2023 , and it loads in a man down. Why is Halo the only game that allows it to start a match a man down. Please implement how they have it in overwatch 2. If there is a man down within the first minute or so in the match it cancels out.
Truth is, it shouldnt even load if the teams aren’t even.
No one in ranked should have to lose rank when starting a match down from the beginning.
The good news is though, if you’re willing to wait another 3 months, (the equivalent of an entire season in any other game), there will be new stuff in the store for you to spend money on
My optimism for most things (life in general) is the equivalent of Jack Nicholson’s version of “Always Look On The Bright Side of Life” from As Good As It Gets lately. So, hey, at least those cosmetics make things polish up nicely.
Ouch. Hopefully they can just make the queue stay open or quickly backfill to combat that, if not just doing the earlier suggestion of doing it like OW.
Personally, I think the rejoin feature is a must for Infinite. It at least shows your teammates that you’re trying. As for those who bail and don’t come back, I’d rather the match begin, but (for Ranked at least) hold someone out. Obviously inform the player what’s happened (as to not cause a second disconnect), and rotate the person who is out based on deaths. For example, Player A is waiting to join, Player B dies, Player A rotates in whilst B goes out. Player C then dies so B comes back in and C goes out. It is worth noting, this system likely has some holes that make it “poor”.
Of course it’s a must. Especially when you’re playing with your own fireteam trying to rank up and you get kicked out for reasons beyond anyhing you can help. If you can get back in to help win the match, they need to do what they can to allow this.
The desync was very noticeable today. Rockets fired (I guess it was if i heard the sound? but didnt see an explosion) at an enemy as he was meleeing me and nothing happened to him.
And BR kills registering for me long after i’ve been dead?
