Halo Reach has the absolute biggest joke of a ranking system in history. The Cr incentive isn’t there, because literally everything you do, even messing around in Customs will net you Cr and rank upage. Anyone can suceed in Reach, the game makes you feel like an absolute winner, even when you failed consistently.
There is no consistent fun in Reach, because the rank is useless, several game mechanics are broken, the balance is off kilter and the Bnet community has gone to hell over it.
