After not playing for months, I was optimistic and wanted to think positively about what season 2 could bring. But after about 10 minutes of playing, I think I’m going to be shelving this until season 3 or who knows.
My roommate and I were excited to play together and try the new modes. Turns out, Last Spartan Standing and Rumble Pit are for loners. But why?! I can somewhat understand going in alone for LSS, but RP has always been a social ffa. Why can we not play with our friends in these modes?
We were left with one choice which is to play King of the Hill. And to my surprise, you couldn’t even make KotH correctly! Wtf is this imposter you hyped up so much, with no warning about how different it is to the og KotH?! Fill a meter for a point, first to three wins… What was even going through your minds thinking this was an appropriate or even wanted change to a beloved game type? This is not the classic game type we all wanted and we’re expecting.
343, you say you hear us and are wanting to do right by the community, but time after time your actions have proven this to be untrue. It’s just sad to see the state Halo is in. I was really hyped for this game but have barely played it, and with season 2 I am afraid it’s going to stay that way.
