I dont know about everyone else out there but ever since 343 took over in March 2012 with the TU update and Heavies on Reach everything has gone down hill. Now that isnt to say that BTB Heavies wasnt fun sometimes but i mean sometimes you just want to play some good old vanilla BTB and not to have to worry about all the Noobs grabbing the tank, mantis, ect just to run out and get blown to a million pieces. Halo 4 comes and armour lock is taken out (yay actually would have been useful here) and now we have the one shot kill rifle and the fire and forget cannon. Now we look at the game types…all about just killing the other team…nice! ok so after shooting and killing 25,000 spartans now what game kinda suck gets boring time to go screw around in Action Sack…wait that is only more killing no fun game types like reach offered where is the ninja jug from halo 3? We have lost all these game types though we have gained new ones from people forging the basis of(in my opinion) halo is based on not the Multiplayer honestly when the ad for it came up I couldn’t care less I dont buy these games to be the best I play them for fun.(aka Entertainment) Now back to forging Halo 3 people loved forge so Bunge listening to the halo community introduced Reach forge world expanding it. 343 comes along for halo 4 and decides they are going to toss forging out entirely, what happens now? Huge uproar from the community that people looking forward to the forging deciding to not buy halo 4 enough that the finally put in some small forging worlds. So now to anyone who reads this if you were to browse Youtube how many results regarding the halo multiplayer competition would come up if i searched “Halo” compared to any forged maps and gametypes? Now why would we be aiming toward the multiplayer experience compared to making and expanding the forging opportunities.
until 343 changes their targeted players from the multiplayer competitives to the everyday players I can only say “343 makes better movies than they do video games”
