If the Halo Infinite story expansions is going to have a moment where they will bring in the nostalgia and the fan service, what will 343 Industries do with the nostalgia and the fan service in the game? Could they follow in a similar way like Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Mandalorian and Cobra Kai where we not only see the old characters coming back, but also paying homage to the legacy from the previous chapters especially if we’re going to see characters like Arbiter, Edward Buck, Jerome-092, Frederic-104, Kelly-087, Linda-058, Ellen Anders and James Cutter coming back in the Halo Infinite story expansions?
I wouldn’t be surprised to see returning characters, especially since it’s a 10 year game. At some point more than 1 is going to appear.

Milk us for more money, but also probably create a cool Locke campaign.
I would say Arbiter, but without even the mention of him, I dont want him shoehorned in. And I doubt they’ll actually create more original assets for his own campaign for a long while.
