Looking to set up a team preferably based out of California (at least the Pacific Time Zone) to play consistently and enter the competitive scene.
I historically have only played with my personal friends, but as they are only casual gamers I would like to form a team to satisfy the competitive desire I have.
My stats are good but not great for this reason; I consistently play with my Gold and Silver friends and it is difficult to improve due to this fact.
I am looking for a team that communicated well, is interested in consistent, map-specific tactics, and isn’t afraid to review their games and look for ways to improve.
