Paid $50 for 4 map packs and only got 3 and the last one we had to pay for it.
Hello. Can I ask what you purchased for $50 that entitled you to 4 map packs? I know there was a war games map pass card (now only available as a digital download) but that was(is) $25 and entitles you to three map packs. And the champions bundle is seperate as it was a tie-in with the global championship
Either you got ripped off by a third party or you have no idea what you’re talking about.
$10 per map pack is only $40. Not quite sure what you are referring to here. Unless you bought one twice after buying the War Games Pass. If that is the case that is not something that can be rectified.
Still, whatever you purchased will be in your Account Settings and Purchase History. Just scroll through to re-download.

There have been 4 map packs, technically 5 if you count Forge Island.
I’m guessing if you paid $50 you bought either the LE version of Halo 4 or the GoyT edition (if not and you just bought the map pass from someone else, then you were seriously ripped off as its only $25). If you did redeem the War Games map pass, then that only gave you 3 map packs for free: Crimson, Majestic and Castle. This was clearly stated in the description of the DLC on both the XBL Marketplace and on the DLC card that came with the LE version of the game.
The Bullseye map pack/Champions bundle was completely separate from the map pass, and as such you have to pay for it (unless you bought the GotY version, in which case it came free like the other map packs).

There is no fourth
There were 4 map packs. However, ONLY the first three were part of the War Games map pack pass.
The first three: Crimson, Majestic and Castle were the three map packs in the season pass,
The fourth (Bullseye) was part of the Champions bundle. You could buy just the map pack if you wanted to. Again though, it was never part of the map pass.
Forge Island doesn’t really count in this way either as it was a gift from 343.
You could get the map pass for $25 through the limited edition of the game at launch of Halo 4.
With respect to the OP, if you paid $50 for your maps, you were messed over. Each of the first three if you bought them separately were $10 each. Bullseye was something like $3-3.50, IIRC or get it in the CHampions Bundle for a total of $10 for that pack. So at MOST you should have only paid $40 for all of the map packs put out for Halo 4 so far.
Looks like you got ripped off by your retailer!
