So as I play the Halo 5 beta I have notice a problem with grenades. Most firefights have a flow that goes something like this; Two players see each other and exchange fire, one player goes into cover after his/her shields go down, and then a grenade sails through the air to end the recovering player’s life. Now this scenario is not unfair, however I find that this happens entirely to often. Starting with two grenades makes players very liberal with the frequency of throwing grenades. I often see to groups of players having grenade fights where they sit behind cover lobbing grenade after grenade at each other, and if you happen to run between these people you will most likely be turned into a fine paste. Now with BR starts in play these grenades do a great job of dropping your shield to allow for easy headshots.

In summary I thing that starting with grenades is a little to much power for the players to spawn with and would prefer if grenades were pick-ups on the map. This would cut down on the amount of dumb grenade fights and force players to seek out the grenade spawn emphasizing the map control that 343 wants to focus on in Halo 5.
