They just HAVE to show something! I can’t wait any longer for new informations!
I’m hoping there is, but a lot of things go against it. Frankie denying it is pretty disappointing, but I still have hope.

Hopefully we get some new info either then or the 10th.
Just keep your fingers crossed and hope its a good day for the halo fans :)… I think it would cool to surprise us…

That’s my absolute favorite Halo trailer. I still haven’t watched a Halo trailer after that one that had my blood pumping as much. The Halo 3 reveal trailer was pretty damn close though.

Nuances 
They then said there wouldn’t be a new Halo in 2011…and they were right. CE wasn’t a new game…I always said that, even before CEA was announced and I was right.
And I’m going to say this: the nuance in them saying H4 is not going to be at the VGA’s might mean that the game(play) might not actually be there, but doesn’t rule out a trailer FOR Halo 4…
Now, I’m not getting my hopes up for a trailer. If we get one: good for us. If not: 343i should consider taking a different approach to hyping a game. Showing a non-gameplay (but ingame) trailer at the VGA’s would mean you already grab people’s attention well before other big competitors are announced. Which results in a “in-community” hype building up to E3 where you can expand that hype to the general public by showing ingame gameplay.
If 343i were to wait for E3 to show anything for the first time, they would really miss a huge opportunity to hype this game and stand a chance against the inevitable CoD/MW-copy/paste4 coming up…

They didn’t lie about that. they didn’t say “no, Saber is not working on something Halo related”. Frankie said that “core experiences” will be made by 343 itself, and Halo: CEA is not a core experience, it’s just a remastered 10 year old game.
But this time they’re clearly mentioning there won’t be Halo 4 VGA trailer.
and I really hope they lie this time…
If they do, that’s great. I don’t expect gameplay, just cutscene that will definitely be different in the final. Let’s hope it keeps the epicness yeah? I am looking at you Winter Contingency, so much potential.
If they don’t then i won’t be disappointed because i really don’t expect anything to show for the VGAs as far as Halo 4 goes.
