I started to make a Race gametype and map yesterday on the Forge map, Impact. I have the map layout finished in the Forge yet I still need to add some more obstacles. The problem was that I perfected a Race gametype using King of the Hill settings, only to find out that King of the Hill cannot be played on Impact. Well, there goes the 4 hours of work I put into it.
Why can’t it be played on impact?
Seriously what the hell?
No idea but it has now wrecked the Race map I made specifically for Impact. Would have been nice to have the built in Race gametype like Reach.
I guess you can still keep your map because they’ll add gametypes on TUpdates.

Didn’t you know the biggest feature of Halo 4 is the lack of options.
wait dude, you sure you have everything a king of the hill type needs. I remember I made a infection map in reach but it turns out I needed a safe haven zone.
I also had to make sure each spawn was fixed.
It might work, you might just not have every piece the game needs to work yet
This is why forge needed a manual lol.
