Well... that just happened.

I recieved the Specializations Code via email today. I pressed the redeem link, but I was at my work PC and was at the time logged into an account that I have never used. My code is now lost :frowning:

Also, when I go to contact Microsoft, it says “Unable to complete your request.”

Was so excited too.

I’m sure if you send an email to 343’s tech support they’ll be able to supply you with a new code in time. Who knows, if a moderator reads this post they may just send you a new one but, it is best to contact them directly.

Ceph, would you be kind enough to supply a link? I can’t seem to find it anywhere, but I may just be blind.
