At first I didn’t agree with you, but now I can’t stop thinking that 343i killed halo and has produced another trash game.

Aiming in Halo 5 isn’t that awful, it’s better than other FPS games right now like AW in my opinion.

I’ve also been a critic of the aiming in this game, it’s not nice at all, in fact a large percentage of the time it’s positively spasticated! The bigger problem for me (here in the uk) has been the latency. The fact that people don’t die, or shots don’t count is a far bigger issue. It was very slightly better tonight, playing from 23:00 GMT to 01:50 GMT, when at this time of night it’s usually worse; so that was odd!

Idk what the solution is, but I’ve waited a long time for this game and at the moment it looks like I won’t be hanging around for much longer. Lag & aim mechanics are the only two things worth getting wound up about. Thing is they may be big enough issues to force many to walk away - #‘Searching for players…!’

Trust me, those of us who are upset with the change to aiming mechanics, WE WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME.
We are bringing this up every single day until we get an option to play with classic Halo aiming mechanics. I don’t want to move along or wait another three years for Halo 6. I want to enjoy Halo 5. I don’t understand why people are getting defensive about it. We want to play. I am not bashing 343 or Halo. I just want to play this game with classic Halo aiming mechanics.

Wow i thought it was just me, i knew something was up with the aiming.

Being in Australia it feels a lot easier to aim because we don’t have the constant lag we used to always because now we have our own servers

It’s definitely a bit different from prior halos aim just a little off but still decent.

Could not agree more. There is definitely something wrong with the aiming. The beta was amazing in all regards…what the -Yoink- happened??

Aiming in H5 seems to require more skill. Which is a good thing. If you prefer COD where you can kill someone with 1 shot every time, then please play that.

I have not found aiming so bad that I will stop playing.
