I believe you just suck at the game sir.

Halo was different than the other games in the FPS genre, that’s why it stood out from the rest. I personally thought it was good! More arcade, if you want to aim go play battlefield or COD! Halo is Halo and I love it the way it was
Ok
An aim is an aim…just practice some more and you will get used to it. (:

people just complain because they think it’s to hard honestly the aim is perfect and I like it a lot if people keep complaining about the aim they can just get there spoiled butt’s on and quit halo
Can someone link a clip of whats going on?

I got that part, but like - what is actually wrong with the aim. Maybe a comparison of Halo 4 vs Halo 5 multiplayer aiming ?
I’ve seen that 343i acknowledged that there is a problem with some controllers and that they will fix it. I’ve seen people sum up the problem in a few sentences but I want to actually see it in the game.

> What logical hole. You state ignore all polls except the bad ones. So you haters are always right and screw everyone else. Just shows your hate and ignorance. Thank you for proving my point. There is no problem just in your hater mind. My proof is establish in this post by the number of people jumping on claiming the same facts i am. Trolls and haters will always bash everything, case and point. This post. Even when i post the poll that supposedly showed their was a problem you deny it and come up with 45% that’s an issue. Yeah all the haters and may be 10% of the 45% may have an issue. The people who don’t are playing and not posting or doing the poll. So that number tips even further making it closer to 80 - 20 (not a fact just a valid point).
>
> That’s easy. It’s made it a hell of a lot more competitive. People like you who are always on top are now being owned and can’t stand it.
I state ignore all polls. For every poll that works for your agenda, I can find one that works just as well for mine.
Worse - they may not be an accurate indication of population. You illustrate this - but (for some reason) assume this will then work in your favor, showing a potential 80% in favor 20% dissatisfied split, assuming that those dissatisfied with the game will come here and those who aren’t will keep playing.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the only place for Halo discussion. Ever been to TeamBeyond? NeoGaf? 343Industries (not this forum)? r/Halo? Hell, even Google+? Few of these communities actually overlap with one another, believe it or not. If I dislike something about a game, I might be more inclined to go to TeamBeyond, to voice my frustration than I would to come here. After all, on Waypoint, they’ll tell me to evolve, or stop complaining or stop playing.
I’m not trying to reshape the numbers, just trying to point out how untrustworthy the data is - and if you’re going to use untrustworthy data - how poorly it works for your side.
And the aiming has changed from the beta, but you have yet to tell me what’s better about it now than it was back then. You’ve excused it, but you haven’t endorsed it.
Its fine, its probably your eyes.
Lets look at some common arguments I’ve seen mention in this post:
-the motion tracker is useless
-aiming sucks
-spawns suck
In my opinion, the motion tracker is fine the way it is, this game is centered around movement and reacting to other players, if you can’t do either efficiently then you simply need more practice. Yes, I agree that this game is the toughest halo game to play, but the change this game brought forth has grown on me, this has become my favorite halo game in the series.
The motion trackers range is really low, but you can move around so quickly in this game that having such a small range is better because it supports players moving around, you have Spartan abilities to help you if you weren’t expecting someone to be on your motion tracker. Personally, I think that this games motion tracker isn’t meant to be used to find players, but instead, it’s meant to help one player chase another player more efficiently if they try to retreat while your fighting them.
*by the way, the diamonds on your motion tracker flash if that player is on the same floor as you are.
Now, about aiming…I can’t deny that aiming is messed up, but, even if it is, it affects everyone.
If there are players that can still get really great k/d ratios, then It’s possible for you to do the same. This isn’t s game you can be good at in an hour, or even a day -it took me until yesterday to think I’ve adjusted to the way aiming works,- just give yourself more time to play and practice.
*A pro player said something similar to: If you have trouble aiming, you just aren’t positioning yourself well enough.
(I replied with something earlier on this post about aiming that is more detailed than what I said here)
Lastly, there is the argument that the spawns suck, this is the only argument I can’t counter, and I fully agree that they need to fix this in some way.

Oh well I don’t really think there’s a clip about it I honestly think people are complaining because they just don’t like the aiming and I think it’s pretty cool and I like it

Aim acceleration isn’t a smooth curve, there a sudden jump in speed at certain point of stick deflection. If you are used to a hard but fast twitch to make small adjustments, you’re going to have a bad time. I have noticed this too, but mostly i blame myself and need to learn how it is different now. I have been over-correcting my aim in a way that has never happened before.
the aiming is garbage…needs patched… it feels like i’m hip firing with a sniper all the time.

When I aim all my bullets connect so there’s nothing wrong with my aiming so far as I know

LMAO! I definitely suck at the game but I do not believe it is because of the aiming. It is so funny how bent out of shape people get over this game.
