Bye!
You all complain about aim because you suck lmao. Everyone that complains about this game usually gets -Yoink- on
I believe, they stated recently, it has to do with controllers. I know sounds far-fetched. I bet this will be address, what ever issue is present. I have more of an issue with the bullet magnetism.
You all know that the game isn’t broken right? The aim assist is supposed to do that. You all talk so much trash about a game that these people have put a lot of time and effort into. Why not just say “Hey 343i, I’m not feeling the aim assist that much, it really screws with my aiming. You think we can get a patch that changes it or allows us to turn it off?” Why do you have to start whining and complaining, and talking all this -Yoink- about the game and the people who made it? You make our community look bad. You’re rude, you have no manners, and you don’t know how to talk to people.

Take your bs to the Bungie forums. If we’re gonna play that game then you’re only positive by 17 kills with over 600 deaths. Get on my level.

I’m not trying to make an argument. Think of it this way: if they added in an option to disable aim assist because competitive players didn’t like it, it would give an advantage to players that used it over players who didn’t, even though people demanded it be added it. Any time you add in a disable completely feature, there is room for an advantage / disadvantage.
I play on Halo 5 on PS4 and I really don’t see an issue with aiming. Perhaps its the controllers.

How does disabling the rumble in my controller give me an advantage?
this games good i dunno wat ur talking about
i wasn’t a fan of the aiming either at first, you just gotta keep playing man!
i think its more realistic, but its not the usual of Halo
I used to play on sensitivity 9 but in Halo 5 I had to drop it down to 4. I lose a lot of 1v1 battles because I tend to turn that right stick just a little to far. Any slower and I can’t turn fast enough. I bought the Elite controller and tried the instant setting and it feels great but… There’s currently a bug that will cause your crosshairs to slowly drift down with that setting. I’ve reported it on the Reddit bugs post and I just hope Bravo sees it.
A few of my friends play on 2 and they out BR me all day. Maybe I’ll try that but I can’t stand not being able to turn around fast enough to defend myself. All in all I can deal with it how it is. There are days where my aim is on point and others where I just flat out suck.
I really don’t feel it’s that big of a difference. Yes the diagonal movements seem wonky but the actual aiming seems to be pretty fluid. Maybe because I’m diamond and not onyx I can’t perceive the difference as badly

Honestly. Your controller isn’t shaking while trying to fire & maintain accuracy.
I agree man. 343i have changed to many defining aspects of this game. While I don’t personally have a problem with it, I miss the old ways.
They need to listen to the community and make these changes if they want to keep they’re fanbase, or this may degrade to, dare I say it, COD standards.

The lack of rumble makes it easier to keep your hands steady, allowing you to be more accurate than players with it. Any way, yes there are some features that don’t give an advantage but there are some that would and I believe this issue is an example of one.
I can honestly say ive not come across any problems what so ever with the aiming? I really dont understand the complaints people are making about it? can someone explain what is ACTUALLY wrong with it not what they THINK is wrong with it?
And before anyone says ‘you obviously havent played Halo before’ etc like ive seen people reply on other messages in the forum, my first game was Halo on the original Xbox. I love FPS games and it feels as good as any other game to me… Im just curious as to what people are actually moaning about.
Well its better than nothing
I’ve had no issues with the aiming 0_O
