So what you are suggesting is that they bring back bullet magnetism and bloom? Right? Stop complaining and play the game, or play something else.

You’re stats seems pretty solid to me. Hard to tell you’re having a hard time. Personally, I think the aiming mechanics are fine. I see what you mean about it not being like other Halo’s, but I’m actually OK with that.

I agree 100%. I am going to play Halo MCC and the new COD. I hope they bring Reach to MCC as well as the aiming on there was solid.

It’s not just you. Its unfortunate they are willing to lose players over this obvious defect. When they do fix it I fear it will be too late.

I like the game but I agree. Can we get a consistent hit box please, and if you are going to use cod controls ads is ads and flinching shouldn’t temporarily cancel ads it should just be flinching.

if u want easy kills that doesn’t involve skill or practice and absolutely no teamwork or stratagie. Go play cod and have the controller aim for you and u wont have to use team work or anything awesome that halo offers and u can run around aimlessly and get easy kills in call of duty!

Every halo game is slightly different, you just need to get used to it like all of them

This game is perfect how it is to be honest. I hope they don’t change anything.

I don’t have any issues with it… Feels fine to me and I’ve been. Playing halo since 2002. And H3 mechanics weren’t all that great to me #2cents

I think the people that have a problem with the aiming just don’t know how to shoot straight without aim assist holding their hands X)

I think its awesome and requires skill.

There are plenty of other FPS to play out there if you do not care for how this one plays. While i understand you may enjoy the foundation that the Halo games are built on they do change over time. I am sure 343 will research and figure out what is the best route to go and the most profitable for the company. nothing wrong with that. As far as the “Skills,get good” ROFL its a game pixels some people play video games well others do not it is entertainment really hope your self esteem isn’t based of a make believe game you play sitting on your -Yoink-.

aiming feels better today. Can actually no scope. Did something get changed?

After reading pages and pages of “the aiming sucks” and “the aiming is perfect” Im starting to wonder if there isnt some other software/hardware issue that some people are experiencing and others arent. If it were as bad as some claim it to be, the game would be unplayable for everyone. Then again, the fact that so many are griping about it means there has to be some sort of issue.

For me personally, I have zero problems with the aiming and control with the exception of when I try to move it diagonally (which has been mentioned). But it really hasnt come into play too much, or I am subconsciously compensating for it using other control methods (straffing more so I can use vertical and horizontal directions maybe?). Dead zones are also just a hair large but nothing unmanageable or unplayable.

I think the biggest issue is not the aiming, but the lack of control adjustment. A lot of games have the ability to change the dead zone, sensitivity, acceleration curves etc… within the game and it is a little strange to me that such an “advanced” game like Halo 5 couldnt/wouldnt incorporate that into their system.
