AIming is different, it require practice and skills. Which is fun.
Call of duty hold your hand for so long that you didn’t realized that you can’t aim alone!
Continue playing and you’ll be reward!

> No it’s not. Even with delay turned off, update and/or using a controller without the 3.5mm jack, it’s still poses as a problem. Take your flamming elsewhere.
I have been playing with a controller that does not have the 3.5 mm jack and I have yet to experience this problem.
99% of the people claiming to have this problem are using the controller with the 3.5 mm jack.
again this has already been recognized by Microsoft and 343i. There really isn’t any room to argue otherwise these are simply the facts.
Agreed… They really need to get a handle on this
I’m new to the Halo MP scene and I can concur that when I’m aiming from the hip/ads there are definitely dead zones and moments where my aiming reticle jerks from normal to super fast speeds. My first couple of days of playing were horrible, I was using the right stick to do all of my aiming so I was oblivious to noticing this. As I started to train myself to rely on my left stick to do the majority of my aiming I realized the crazy movements the reticle makes when making very small adjustments to erratic (albeit pretty good) enemy strafing.
Yeah it certainly is different
I’ve just beat the cam-p A.I. n on Legend. I know that has nothing to do with mp and I haven’t been able to play much mp cause of bad connection, no idea if it’s a problem on my end or not. What I can say for sure is that the people defending the changes might be looking at this problem from the wrong side, if you like the new system that’s great! but the problem is that this is Halo “5”. If this was a new game or maybe even a Halo spin-off (not numbered entry) people wouldn’t complain as much. And from my campaign playthrough I realized that much of what I knew as Halo wasn’t there. I get that 343i is trying to innovate the franchise, but they shouldn’t need to reboot the franchise to do so. If they wanted to they could make another non-Halo game with the ideas they have, which i think they’re great but don’t necessarily fit Halo.
I know this was kinda off-topic, but I believe this is one of those crucial changes that seem a bit disrespectful to it’s fanbase and the Halo legacy. I don’t know if this seemed like a rant or something bad. I’m just trying to help a franchise I like and I know 343i is a very capable studio, I just believe they should be more open about their development on these type of big changes.
Personally, there isn’t much of a problem. But, I’m a filthy casual when it comes to shooters these days. So, whatever. I do pretty well all things considered.
I agree tbh fam

I dont know why yall are complaining
Halo is a competitive and skillfull game
Aimin just makes it easier if u cant adapt to aiming and be good with it then u obviously didnt have any skill before aiming was a thing
I agree that the progressive tracking of the pad is a bit annoying, but it’s like any game. Just play it to get used to it. You’ve got good stats so you must be having some good success.
To be honest its just another game mechanic take it or leave it. Adapt and over come or just quit, ether way its your choice.
Better trade in the game (if you have a physical copy) while you still can… I hear trade-in value is at it’s highest right now.

You must unlearn what you have learned. Trust me… I am sucking goats but I am trying my best to adapt. I am actually having a little more trouble with the lack of radar adjustments than aim acceleration. With Radar it seems like people are inside me before they show up or at least their bullets are. I am actually playing more SWAT than previous titles to help train me to ignore the radar.
I had a hard time getting used to it…but once I did…I cant stop playing this game.

agreed… if it does not get changed, then we’re just going to have to adapt to it.
dank
They’re taking a risk at aiming in halo honestly I like it. it adds a new element to the game. And being able to aim the AR is awesome. I feel sorry for you

It is strange how everyone loved Beta aim and Beta Lobby and they ambush changed both.
what’s wrong with the aiming!? I think this game plays and feels smoother than any other shooter. Feels natural. I have no issues aiming whatsoever. I get plenty of perfect kills and head shots. If u think the aiming needs to be fixed what do u mean by that? More aim assist? If u don’t like it cuz your not good at it doesn’t meen it needs to be fixed, it meens you need to play more and practice more! Its not broken at all. I hope this community doesn’t ruin this game by making 343 think that they messed up when its truly perfect!
