Well my friends, I'm done with this game's aiming

This

i will say aiming is key to the game and it takes a bit amount of time to really get the basics down start with the AR and then move to the BR then go to pistol then DMR once you master the pistol you will be set for a while

Not a issue here. Considering i play swat mostly

He was a great man

Sad thing is the xim has already fixed the aiming issues with this game. Go figure that a 3rd party periphial maker can fix this catastrophy of a change but the devs can’t/won’t

Exactly.

<3 Ballistic curves

DO stop your moaning, play the game and enjoy. I have really not noticed any great difference, all this Dead zone, snap to etc. just point the cross hairs at the head and shoot not hard really.

I have made no adjustments to my controller xbox settings and I receive this exact behavior. The reticle lurches at about 80% deflection with no progressive or predictable increase.

You must realize that your link does not disprove anything with regards to the video right? The link you provide is a separate issue, dealing with diagonal movement, unrelated to the acceleration jump that the youtube video describes. Honestly, just pick up your controller, and slowly move your joystick. At about 80% joystick deflection the reticle lurches into turning mode without any progressive increase in rotation. Some people don’t mind this reticle lurch, but it bothers a lot of us, as it makes controlling the reticle unpredictable.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with the aim…are yall talking about the scoping ?? Or in general aiming because I think it looks fine and feels new. Halo fans female dog too much about anything

The turning acceleration at 80% or so should be turned down a bit. There have been instances where I suddenly spun around even lol. But I doubt this is the main issue that people are struggling with. I think people are used to stronger aim assist, which slows down your look speed over a target. If this game had stronger aim assist and still kept the turn acceleration, people would probably not even notice the latter. I don’t think the aiming is game breaking, but it’s certainly not what most people are used to or comfortable with.

I agree with those in support of the current aim system. I originally started on games like CoD and Counter Strike and the Halo aiming of old used to bother me. I think that the new aiming system is a lot better than some of the older systems. I was deployed when the beta came out so I can’t speak to that, but I’m confused what specifically you have gripes with this aim system.
