Isn’t it crazy how every tiny little update is over 1 GB, but there’s never anything in the update? Madness. This game will be 10 TB in 3 years with still no content. Actually we will have Forge, so there’s that. Still, I wasn’t expecting to buy a dedicated external hard drive just for Halo Infinite’s tiny little updates

Customs not working is a colossal failure. Nay, it is heresy.
Seriously, though, when the whole experience is as restricted as Infinite is on the MP front, not even having the option to set up reliable fun custom games is a joke. Should be a very high priority fix.

Due to the fact that I haven’t seen any official release notes about the update, it’s pretty difficult to say anything about the update.
As everyone may know, the most interesting parts about the release notes are usually technical changes, changes related to performance and bug fixes.

Honestly, Gus, the forums are taking a dive and even though we’re not always on the same side I think we can both see that.

Exactly forums like this are common but there’s a good reason.
No you are creating what is called white noise. All you and other people do when you complain about issues that are already being addressed is you take up space in the forum’s and make any new feedback that might have been 1/100 posts, into 1/1000 posts. They have limited staff going through forums to look at feedback. Which feedback by the way is a positive, a negative, and a way to improve. As an example “I really liked the open world campaign, I did not like that I had no allies in campaign, this could be improved by adding marine prisoners on some of the missions”
Complaining that you are unhappy is not something they can address so they have to move on but they still wasted time reading for the 1000th time that people are pissy that they don’t have customs NOW. They have already said customs are coming but it is not their top priority. You have the right to complain, but if you don’t provide what you want or it is a issue already being addressed then your complaint is worthless and simply takes away from all the other people who are posting legitimate feedback. Now you can take this as a personal attack and get angry or you can think about it and maybe realize that which you have not before. Can lead a horse to water but that’s all you can do.

I have provided 2 freaking videos to tech support about this issue on why the Custom Game Area is broken! I’m not going to waste my time sending any more videos to tech support on this issue. I figure 2 videos is enough!

They took a dive a while, and the colossal failure that Infinite was/is has turned it into this.
Can’t believe they havent mentioned anything about adding a Reach Style progression XP thingy ma-jig.
The update mentioned progression (challenges) but I’m guessing that’s just the battle pass.
Pretty sure they said back in December they would implement one!

most of the updates are server side which seems to break the game bc the data on our xbox will be different than whats on the server. in all honestly i’d rather have an update file the size of a COD game but that would require actual content
