What is it that people enjoy about SWAT in Halo? Itās basically the anti-thesis to what is always held up as āmaking Halo Haloā. Long TTK goes out the window, the golden triangle is gone with the removal of grenades, etc. Isnāt it basically turning Halo into a twitch shooter?
Iām not particularly fond of the mode myself (which I again found out this week as I had loads of challenges for it) and itās at times quite rage inducing when it deteriorates into Spawn Killing. However Iām really curious how it became such a fan favorite.
improved headshot practice and just an overall mode some prefer over others, since back then we had a lot more mode variety than what we have on access at current.

God I hope the challenges are just play x amount of games.
Ithe worst part is I actually want the rewards. Well some. It they put some of the good ones at the end so you have to grind through the whole thing. Mainly just want the helmet, chest peice and leg attachmentā¦

When is this event coming up. Iāma try and knock out the whole Event Battlepass in one day so I can get back to Elden Ring. But I want that helmet
I am currently replaying Half-Life 2 instead of playing Halo.
Because despite it being a single-player only experience (with the exception of Deathmatch, Survival, and Half-Life Decay) it is still more well-put together than Halo Infinite.

As a console peasant and a pretty placid gamer that kicks back and enjoys life from the comfort of my arm chair playing on an overly large screen at 30fps or what ever. I very much love aim assist and the ease of playing with one hand while munching on Pringles and slurping an ice cold soda pop.
However swat isnāt my favourite I have to move to play but thatās cool too. I just rest more often in between games.
ive been playing RE6, PW and FighterZ in the meantime, along with some tales of arise and eagerly anticipating Elden Ring, Stranger of Paradise and the Lego Skywalker saga.
a plenty amount of games for the wait in-between.
Grim Dawn Definitive Edition is one I recommend, loads of content, plenty of things to do, and more stuff to do unlock as you progress through the game.
Played for days and still not through the first campaign. Quite a lot of side quests, bounties, exploration, Extra difficult dungeons and so forth.
I agree with you about playing x amount of games thing because Iām not good at tactical swat at all like I said in my original post Iām not good at tactical swat at all never gotten a single kill or kill assist and Iām the one dying the most

SWAT wouldnāt be that bad if the aim assist wasnāt overpowered.

Your -Yoink!- yourself off. The only thing that was lacking but has been addressed and will be updated more often is the Anti-Cheat. If ANY of you are seeing aim assist its not default with the game and your opponents are using scuff controllers or Pc Mods. Listen, Halo was made for console its being ported to PC. You bunch of cry babies are getting pwnd by Spartans with legit joistick skills and all of a sudden you 700 other fortnite kids and John Disrespect. Itās not high, itās low.
Damn and that game is old, I play Breakpoint once in a while so I can expereince open world with Co op capability. Itās pretty fun being able to traverse Aurora with either my AI teammates or my friends.
Ots crazy what Ubisoft was able to do even with issues of their own.

Never have liked swat aka tactical Slayer so I donāt plan on playing it at all and doesnāt bother me at all. Let those who enjoy it play it. Not every event/playlist is going to cater to every one. The only playlist I really like is fiesta, FFA and perhaps BTB but I havenāt really went back to it after it broke and was fixed.

You do, well with controller you do since you can plug up KBM to your Xbox and it will play the same has PC with KBM. So itās not the Xbox that gives you the upper hand, itās using controller on both Xbox and PC.

To be fair, youāve only played 4 games of SWAT. You have got kills, 3 in total and you (your team) have won 2 games.
Your rank only list you as playing crossplay. Do you play on controller or KBM?
