Well how did this happen explain plz

So I’m lost in the halo 5 story, yes I know it was not great but the biggest thing on my mind is how did blue team get back together? Did not most or one of the members die? If some knows what happened and 343 had failed to explain to the fans then plz do so, iam also trying to get my hands on the books and maybe even the graphic novels.

From a quick reading on the wiki from what I understand the spartan Ii program consisted of about 12 members. Blue team was originally consisted of 117 (master chief) 087 (kelly) and 034 (sam) on their first day training in the program. The team has had spartans come and go due to deaths of other spartans. Now I didn’t read the books only because I never bought them but it seems it’s explained I’m them. Another point Fred took over after cheifs absence and Linda took a charged plasma pistol shot on reach and was in a coma. Basically I assume these 4 are only ones left from the Spartan II program. I could be wrong but that’s what I’m getting from it. Check out the wiki and read up for yourself if you wanted, or take it one step further and buy the books. Hope this helped.
