Yea on the verge of saying Iâm done with halo, this games multiplayer seems to only want to cater to those who spend copious amounts of money and pc players and now time spent exploring in campaign is for coatings and -Yoink!- I donât even want Iâm honestly fed up. How hard could it have honestly been to REWARD THE PLAYER BASE FOR PLAYING YOUR GAME
First it was removing the ability to color our Spartans then it was pre made emblems THEN it was locking ALL customization behind a BUSTED battle pass, no input based matchmaking for CASUAL MODES literally dog water aim assist for controller players and to put a cherry on top GARBAGE COSMETICS NOBODY WANTS FROM CAMPAIGN⊠people working at 343i must be really REALLY dense in the head to say âyea theyâll buy this -Yoink!-.â

Yeah, but somehow all the Quality of life changes like post game lobbies, the customizable game searching, didnât transfer over. It like the MCC team and the infinite team didnât communicate, if the were even separate
Already down more than 25% of players in under a week, with no player boost for the weekend. 1-2 months left tops, unfortunately.

The logic here makes no sense. Itâs a game brand that came out 20 years ago. Based on your logic Nike came out 57 years ago. I believed what he said was a great comparison.
They stated your get free armor and other customization as the game goes on. Not just from in game, all things come with time. MCC sucked terribly for the first 4 years it was out limited customization that wasnât the same in the previous game and super bugging.
In my experience Infinite is doing 92% better then MCC launch. Now if they get custom games and forge launched perfectly itâll launch 100% better then Halo 5.
Stop crying and enjoy the game, thereâs already number out there that say almost 76% of people would prefer multiplayer then campaign. But look how much time and effort they put into it beaded on videos, clips, and images.

Once less dog water player. Iâm on controller and doing just fine. Placed in Onyx 3 days ago in cross play and solo duo controller input I got onyx yesterday. As a reminder I also Full Time employee anf Full Time college student. Stop crying for once⊠Yes itâs upsetting we arenât getting more stuff with completing campaign but to be honest campaign has its own progression and development unlike previous halos. I remember rewards of playing campaign is getting achievements. You didnât get anything else, in Halo 3 ODST you had to complete a level on legendary, get an achievement, not die with all skulls on and more just to get an in game reward. They didnât even launch Halo 3 ODST with that already in the game previously. You children act like they canât code something in⊠What I have learned over the last few years we are blessed with a company that listens to its fan base.
And is exactly why I think they will fix this feature because they have told us that they are looking into it. Itâs also a company that decently good at listening now.

The fact these âhalo fansâ will sit here and let a part of halo get paywalled and run to the ground is laughable so the game can be âFTPâ and die in a couple of months

And I donât like the fact that you canât mix and match parts like I canât put the mark five pieces on the Mark 7, whatâs the point of unlocking them if I canât mix and match, I have a bad feeling all our complaints are going to fall on deaf ears because they want this progression system to work so badly and itâs not.
Thatâs the thing looking into, thereâs nothing to look into itâs bad it needs to be fixed, in call of duty Iâm unlocking s*** all the time and I donât even buy the battle pass but Iâm unlocking and leveling up left and right. Attachments for guns new scopes leveling up in general, itâs like call of duty took what they had and then added things with the battle pass 343 took everything Halo had and then just locked it behind the battle pass.

My manâŠthey announced this last year and people wasnât up to the idea. We all just wanted the usual freedom of customization with Halo reach level of detail⊠especially when they finally got the artstyle right. But then they mess that up. This isnt the first day in this case.
Are they though? They have completely ignored us for months when we have been telling them about the problems the progression has, they also completely ignored us when we told them we donât like the new coating bs. They then further ignored us when we complained even more about the progression once the multiplayer went live the 15th and a few days later made it even worse for everyone playing less than about 30 matches a day which is 99% of players.

If they would just open their clamped-shut mouths and address this widespread feedback directly, I would sit quietly and wait for changes. The silence is killing me.
TBH it doesnât matter what they say, they can no longer be taken at their word and they know it.
These launches arenât even comparable. MCC was the most broken AAA game launch of all time. Worse than Cyberpunk, worse than BF4, worse even than things like the recent GTA 3 remaster. It wasnât just bad, it was so broken it was nonfunctional.
The only reason it didnât become infamous in the way a game like Cyberpunk became infamous is because it was just a remaster of a bunch of 10 year old games, and hype was limited to the already established Halo fanbase.
Infiniteâs launch is infinitely better than MCC.
Even just one tweet from sketch or unysek would suffice me. I donât care if itâs a lie anymore, I just donât like seeing Halo Infinite as a Schrödingerâs Cat experiment.
