Itâs a cosmetic thing. If I find there is no customizable aspects for higher tiers or achieving a certain score (think kitana sword H3) then there will be discussions from me.

Truthfully, yâall need to grow up. Who cares if the campaign doesnât have free armor once you beat it, itâs not like they spent the last several years trying to make a fantastic story for this title just so you people can endlessly -Yoink!- and moan about free cosmetics, cry me a river. If you people are going to get that pressed over a small detail like that, stay in Halo Reach and Halo 3 where you belong then; there are PLENTY of cosmetics there that you can choose from. Ainât my fault that none of you are happy over anything anyone makes for you. Thatâs just what you call being petty and miserable.
This is sad halo 3 made it awesome how to get different armor you had to find certain skulls or pull off something crazy point being the campaign should give you some special armor sets. Example beating it on legendary gives you chiefs armor or having MCC installed gives you mark 5 armor etc. How reach did it was alright I felt like it was a grind to unlock stuff 3 making it basically a scavenger hunt and puzzles in a certain kind of way that when you saw that new armor U felt like your hard work paid off I do hope they add some armor sets specific from the campaign your paying 60 bucks for it its the least they can do. But regardless if the campaign is epic thats truly the most important thing to me. I just wish I could find a series X for retail price so I can enjoy it at its best possible visuals fricken wish stores would make it so you cn only buy one maybe 2 at a time so the scalpers donât make off with them all I donât get how after a year of this nothing has been done about it. Let me pre order the damn thing so i know im paying retail

lmaooo yes telling people to leave this game that they worked oh so hard on and asked for feedback to leave and play the collection of actual Halo games with ACTUAL Halo systems and content. Very smart. Serious note, people like you, donât help the conversation. Weve seen older games do better each time. A proper sequel doesnât work backwards

I agree. People having standards and expecting Infinite to offer things like older games is an old-fashioned idea. They need to get with the times and be grateful they can spend upwards of $20 for options they used to have for free. Crybabies, the lot of âem.

Such backwards logic here lol. My man, a 2007 game has more customization freedom than a 2021 next gen game. You wanna know why games like Metroid Dread do SO well? Cause it builds off of what came before and improves on it. Not removes things. Especially for money grubbing reasons. Oh its free multiplayer? Guess what, we didnât ask for it. If anything that has alot of fans concerned. Any Halo fan is READY to pay for full price for Campaign and Multiplayer.
Not to mention they have preorder money coming there way, and itâs Halo Campaign, people are going to pay for it. They are also funded by Microsoft of all things. Iâm pretty sure money ainât an issue for 343

Between colours/visors being exclusive to each core, campaign offering a third variation of gray, and the painfully long process of grinding; I think we can all agree that the customisation in Infinite is painfully disappointing and blatantly a scam.
Good thing the game itself is fun.

Up to this point Iâve been cautiously optimistic things would turn out fine for customization (well, my version of fine). But I had more color options in the original Halo. I donât think this will make or break the game, because armour customization was like 1% of the game previously. On the other hand itâs getting a bit silly how little access I have to anything out of the box. I actually considered getting the battle pass but this one just seems like it has so little quality content and until that changes I donât see the point.

My last saving grace was campaign unlockables. If thatâs ruined too then Iâm putting Halo on the back burner for a year if not longer. I have a strong distaste for where weâre at with the multiplayer as of now.

Ah yes of course, if they see that the skins give them enough money they will be motivated to fix the game, not focus on more monetisation. Itâs like star citizen, maybe they just need a little bit more money to have the game ready.
