From reading the notes about the new DLC, my hats off to you! 343 has listened to the community and is delivering. Maybe certain money pinching organizations like Bungie could follow suit and stop ruining games like Destiny, it’s being ran in to the ground.

absolutely 343 has done a fantastic job in this DLC because i can actually call it a dlc! the new warzone map is amazing, i can live with the questionable new big team maps, haven’t seen the new area map but I’m sure its cool, and forge! forge should have been in the game from the start but i applaud them in taking the time to make sure all the features are running fluently which they are.343 deserves a lot of credit for this dlc and i haven’t even mentioned the classic rocket launcher and the mark IV armor are you kidding me! great job 343 keep up the fine work!

Where did they say that?
There is no filebrowser though so it’s going to make sharing maps a pain. We just have some fileshare thing where in order to download someone’s maps you need to follow them.

Such a world of difference with Destiny’s “paid by microtransactions dlc”. Every new “event” that has come out is just a facade to sell even more microtransactions it’s insane. And people defend those greedy rats.

Oh my god… positivity? Positive replies? Am I still in Waypoint? All ( kinda serious) jokes aside, I agree with you. The only thing that needs a tweak is the controls for Forge, but it doesnt bother me thaaat much.
I didn’t expect such a positive response to this thread. Proves the forums can be nice from time to time.

But Bungie’s latest move is the worse thing I’ve heard in probably all my years gaming.
£25 to level up 1 character to level 25.
If you want all three characters to be level 25, it will cost you £75.
25 isn’t even hard to obtain. I could probably do it in a day.
This is the reason I cringe everytime I see sometime talk about buying REQs and crappy little in game currency. It’s making the industry think it’s ok to nickel and dime every player in every corner of a game.

Im fine with them nickle and diming for astetic items.
I get pissed when they nickel and dime to the point where if you dont buy something you can’t progress any further in the game.
Does anyone remember in Halo 3 where they put out DLC maps, and you couldnt play certain playlist unless you had those maps. Basicly it was everything ranked.

I remember not being able to play the DLC playlists. As in the ones that only played DLC maps. The other playlists just wouldn’t show the maps unless every player in the lobby had them.
