I’ve played the game for a month now and didn’t notice anything at first. I played a week ago and I started hearing weird voices on this level, kinda of raspy whispers that seemed to be somewhat latin sounding. I was pretty inebriated at the time and thought I might be having a schizophrenic episode or something. I just played it now and heard the same thing again. I’ve played it a bunch in between and didn’t hear anything or notice it.
It’s only on this level. Maybe it’s a sound something on the level is making. I’d think it was my tv, but again, it’s only this level. What’s going on here.
i think if you have time to hear voices, you have time to shoot your opponent. i will pay attention altough im always very deep in the game to hear anything else but my enemy diying.lol
Yes, there are voices on Truth. It’s over by the camo spawn next to that little hub with the hologram of the prophet. If you’re near it you can hear them, especially with a quality headset on. It’s not in your head. I can hear it from really far away with my headset.
Watch this video and go to the 36 second mark and listen for when he walks past the camo. You’ll hear it for a second.

Load a custom game solo and walk around. You’ll hear everything in the absence of gunfire and nades.
There’s lot a little “Easter eggish” things like this on Halo maps. Like the little monster thing that hides near the flag cap area on Coliseum or the dune worm on the Rig.
