Hi, I was checking out about my progress and I saw that I still remain as a recruit - bronze but my progress says 13/10 and before that I was gold.
What can I do?
The ranking structure was altered slightly a while back when some spam prevention was introduced, Recruit Silver ended up getting skipped. Ranks page has been updated with the new structure but the count will still be a bit off. You would never have hit Gold yet as that’s for reaching 25 posts: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums/ranks
