Both me and my friend are having this problem gaining exp to level up, he is SR29 and I am SR27, we started playing today, at SR24. We both leveled up, but stop getting exp at getting to those level. It would bypass the screen that shows us getting exp, I stopped get exp a bit before him. He also noticed that the number of kills and death wouldn’t go up when he checked. We don’t think its a exp cap issue, seeing as he managed to level up more then me.
Also on a side note, I did all the spartan ops missions on Departure on legendary, but it didn’t give me the challenge.
