When I go to xbox.com and click on my account, I then try to click billing contact information and it takes me to the login screen.
I enter my info, and it sends a code to my email, which I then input and sign in no problem.
But there’s no error message, it just keeps me at the login screen.
I can login at windows live all fine, but when I try to do it from xbox, I get
"PARENTAL APPROVAL REQUIRED
Your parent associated with this account must enter their Microsoft account to continue."
Can someone help
