Weird Energy Bubble Sound for Entire Game

I played a game earlier on Ragnarok, and about 2 minutes in, the sound was permanently like I was standing in a regen bubble. Super annoying, had to leave the game. FIX IT.

Happened to me twice last night. Really annoying sound…

does it sound like the regen bubble? I had that happen when the person who laid the bubble got killed but it still sounded like I was in a bubble. I fixed this by going into my teammate’s bubble when he dropped a new one.

Happened in my first game of Halo 4 MM.
I thought that was what the game was actually like. Haha.
