so I played one slayer match today and got ranked up from onyx 1501 to onyx 1521. then I had to hop off so I back out of the playlist before intermission was over and then I came back to find that I was diamond 6. so I checked my game history and it shows that I quit a game that I never even started. has this happened to anyone else?
Never heard of it, that suck really badly though. Hopefully this gets addressed.
Hm I’ve never heard of anything like that happening. Maybe bookmark the game it counted as a quit and see if you can find out what happened.

Something similar happened to me.
The screen was still counting down some 25 seconds of intermission when the 3-2-1 sounded.
Then came an error message, I got returned to the search screen and everything went normal from there.
Stats show that all 6 Players who were somehow “present” had a 5-second-DNF during the intermission though which cost everyone 30 points of CSR.
No reply from support on the subject.
This has happened a few times for me, and ive found out at least for me, it was because, sometimes when you back out from countdown/intermission screen it doesnt actually back out. So what ive done is back out and just leave the Xbox, and then it somehow dont back out and start a game. So wait and see if it actually back out.

well that’s the thing I backed out and went to the main menu and then came back and it was still at the same menu. Maybe since the profiles are all online it still registered me as in game idk.
