Floating in space on the first level with Cheifs legs not being attached to his body.
No idea how or why it happened. It was just after a checkpoint and I teleported out there. Happened twice in a row until we restarted mission.
Anyone seen anything like this or can explain what happened.

It happened twice in a row before we restarted mission. Havent seen it since.
