Weekly Ultimate Should Also Give Credits.

the people MS hired to devise the way to make the most money out of this game seem to disagree. Im sure these people can do their job quite well so Ill trust their judgement over yours. Unless you are saying MS is -Yoink!- off their playerbase on purpose.

at any rate, if you dont like this business model, it doesnt matter if you spend money or not… just by playing the game you are encouraging all this by keeping the game popular. The real money comes from few whales who spend 100$ a month on the game. If it wasnt for players like you who play the game but spend nothing, the whales would have no one to show off how much money they can waste on the game so theyd stop playing.

It would be great if more game mods could be added to the Bot Matches. Game Modes like Tactical Slayer, Land Grab, etc. are PvP Exclusives.

I’m not sure if the numbers would be exactly as you put it but I think earnable credits during Events is actually a good idea. There are so few Events through out a Season that I think 343 could afford to do this.

I believe the OP is talking about the weekly reward including credits. Which means you do all the challenges to get the credits, or you get nothing. Plenty of FOMO with that.

Completing all weekly challenges unlocks the weekly reward

and 3 tickets that permanently unlocks the ability to purchase any past store bundle.

Using the ticket doesn’t buy the bundle but it does reduce the price.
And its always available for purchase afterwards

^^^^^^ This exactly.

It’s a AAA game. It does not at all feel or look like it.

This is the single best proposal I’ve heard about the monetization/customization system ever.
(That is, while still keeping the same overall system.)

This one simple change would give people a real reason to grind weekly - even if they don’t like the item reward, they earn credits along with it - and eventually they’ll be able to get something from the shop.

Even as low as 50 credits would be OK.

Actually yeah that’s a good suggestion. Working to finish all the challenges then maybe getting something from the store is a net benefit to their system. You’re playing the game, contributing time, then making a store purchase or buying the battlepass.

Over time it would be a huge gain in traffic.

And since pretty much every single person has said the same things, like “I don’t really want to spend all that on this bundle when all I want is the helmet from it”, that would effectively reduce the price of the bundle by giving you “free” money towards it.

Lots and lots of games With micro transactions in store setups already do similar things

Exactly what we’ve all been saying

50-100 credits would be great because it would still require players to save those credits over a period of time. Players also wouldn’t feel as bad about buying credits because its just a short-cut at that point and not the only method.
