Aight so Halo Support sent me here to get support related to waypoint, so i kinda expect at least an aswer. Therefore im gonna repost this like once a week until i get a reply.

As over on the stickied thread, I contacted support and they gave this response. Please file a ticket and reference this thread and hopefully the developers will look into it.

Ok so whats the alternative? Halo support sent me here, here i dont get an answer, or on twitter. This is the official place to get halo waypoint support isnt it? I just want an answer. If they say sorry we cant do anything about it then ok. But at least say something.

That is exactly what i did first. They told me to come here for support related to waypoint so thats the reason im here.
I received the same response at first. I responded with the below and my query got directed to a second employee, who gave me the response quoted in the other thread.
Maybe send a similar response to the below?

This desyncs Waypoint. You’ll see in my profile that I have no stats for X360 games- even my favorite Halo title ODST. That’s because I changed my gamertag to Monitor Meds a while back.
The only remedy I know of is using an X360 to log into each game with the account and hope it syncs up. Many people are reporting that the above fix doesn’t solve the solution (just take a look at the sticked thread that you linked). We know that the data exists somewhere, but it has become unlinked when changing names.
If there isn’t a way to fix this Monitor Meds, shouldn’t this be raised with 343i as an issue? Do you know anyway of doing this, particularly given that Halo Support simply point us in the direction of the forum where the group of unfortunate people who actually paid to change their Gamertags appear to be shouting against a wall. Would you not like to see your legacy, and treasured, stats still live on the website?

I appreciate that given the Infinite flight the forums are very busy, but do you know of any way to raise this as an issue with 343i, Monitor Meds?
