Under the challenge HUB for a basic example the pve section has Heavy Lifting stating defeat heavy infantry enemies within PVE modes. The rewards show one seasonal point and 15,000 xp. I’ve completed the required number but haven’t seen that reward played out anywhere. Am I just missing something?
I am in the same boat with a bunch of PVE challenges. Pretty frustrated.

Yeah same, I’ve completed 6 campaign missions with 20,000 points, but every time it gets up to 3 it gets stuck, and then after a switching menus or restarting mcc it goes back down to 1.
not to mention the others that got stuck and awarded me nothing.
Yup, they’re broken. I submitted a ticket like 2 days ago.
i beta all campaign CHALLENGES today with no rewards, reset and get 0% of progress, the sistem is realy break.

This exact same thing is happening to me too. The meter will say “3/3” rather than “challenge complete”, and then after returning to MCC it reverts back to 1/3. (Other challenges will do the same thing – 1/1 and then it reverts back to 0/1, and so on.)
This is even worse, considering that this was supposed to be the week that they fixed the problem of challenges not tracking correctly, and even made a MOTD announcement about it. It reminds me of the early days of the MCC, when they kept saying something had been fixed, except that the fix created even more problems.
Everything works for me and I believe the reasons they added challenges is to help PvE players and give firefight more value.
Very annoyed. Ive completed the Voi Polloi III twice now with no reward. The bar said 3/3 and then I restarted the game and now its back to 2/3 - what a waste of an hour or so 
May have to give MCC a miss for a few weeks - sick of this broken game tbh
