While working on the weekly challenges I had two that where not hard because they were hard to do, BUT with the randomness of weapons in fiesta I opted for big team. Which also has an element of randomness to weapon placement/spawn.
The first was “kill ten enemy spartan’s with the skewer” not so bad, right?
My first issue was even playing on a map and game type AND weapon rotation that had one. Then of course you need to fight over it and possibly relocate and snipe with it (claiming it is acceptable, this is why its a “challenge”). The second and far worse issue was IT DIDN’T COUNT if you killed a spartan in a vehicle. WTF I was getting double and triples skewering warthogs but none of them counted. The spartan’s died, but it doesn’t count. They all had to be on foot for them to count. That’s bologna, 343. Plain bologna.
The second was get three back smacks which also isn’t super difficult, UNLESS it doesn’t count on a player using camo and it gives a different metal called SNEAK KING. For hitting an invisible player in the back. I like the additional metal but come on! That should count for the challenges too.
343, this adds to player burnout. Please fix things like this. BTW I did quit a bunch of games because it wasn’t giving me the right maps and spawns for the skewer. I hate quitting match’s for any reason, but with kids and a job I gotta get sleep too.
