Aren’t the bulletins normally released on Thursday? I was pretty sure that was the case and then sometimes they were released early on Wednesday.

Nowadays they seem to be released on Wednesdays more than anything.

They are suppose to release every Wednesday but sometimes they get delayed till Thursday.
It’s still really early in the day (at least where I am) so it should come out later tonight.
The Halo Weekly Bulletin are published on Wednesday. We will likely see it in the course of the day, don’t worry, patience is worth the wait.

Don’t forget that they run on PST. So they are a little behind. It is only around 1:30pm over there right now, so they still have some time left in the work day.
