New update from Bravo regarding Halo 5 and it’s updated playlist maps.

Here are the key points though;
-Shotty Snipers is this weekend’s voted playlist
-Orion is being temporarily removed from all playlists to fix exploits and issues with the map
-Team Arena, Slayer, FFA, and SWAT playlists have been updated with additional maps. Check out the link above for the updated playlist maps.
-Multiplayer spawns on existing maps are being worked on.
-This update will go live tomorrow morning.

Based on this info, I can say that this is definitely a start to the fixing that needs to be done to Halo 5’s multiplayer, starting with the lack of maps in playlists being addressed. Now the Slayer playlist basically has just about every map in the game, and overall here should be more variety between each playlist in general(The Breakout playlist remains unchanged).
We’re not even 2 weeks since launch and issues like these are already being addressed and fixed, so hopefully by December, multiplayer is better than ever with most complaints being addressed by 343 and fixed in no time.

Sounds good, FFA needs fewer players in it though…maybe 6 instead of 8.

Looking forward to the new maps, hate how Breakout is in Team Arena though.

Really glad to see Truth(midship) for slayer and not just CTF. Also Pegasus for Slayer… I literally never play that map.

I really want to see Multi-Team returning. The existing playlists feel so competetive and there is no playlist where you actually can play relaxed and not necesarry need or want to win. I liked the chaos Multi-Team offered.

Team Slayer gets Truth, Empire, & Pegasus added.
It says Fathom also, but Fathom was always in Team Slayer so I think that was a mistake on their part. O well. More Maps!
I’ve yet to play Empire,Truth or Pegasus since I mostly play Team Slayer so it will be nice to have new maps tomorrow.

Not sure. The post says nothing more than “tomorrow morning”, so I can only assume it would be around 9-ish AM PT but it could be earlier or later. I’m pretty sure they’ll announce on Twitter or something when the update rolls out.

It was on the Halo Waypoint main page (large feature panel at top of page).

I see, I often miss the stuff on the main page of waypoint since I just jump straight into the community section. How long was the voting up for? It must have been pretty quick if I didn’t catch anyone mentioning it in the forums.
